		<description>I agree with you when you say that it is kind of embarassing that the U.S. got a C-.  I know I'm usually not the happiest when I get a C- on a test.  I mean it's not the end of the world, but there is definitely still room for improvement.  I'm glad to hear that more funding is being provided so that maybe next year our grade will improve.</description>
